Please note that you can also purchase artwork by visiting my studio in the centre of St Ives by appointment, or from any exhibition or gallery I’m exhibiting at.

We take all reasonable care to ensure that the descriptions of products are correct.
Please note that sizes are approximate – usually measured to the nearest cm. If further precision is required, please contact us to enquire.
Prices & Delivery Charges
The prices of the products for sale are listed on this website. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of products are correct but will notify you promptly on receiving your order if a mistake has been made.
When using the Buy Now button, charges for packing, insurance and delivery will be automatically added for delivering that product to you if you reside on the UK Mainland only.
If you require international delivery, please contact us for any additional cost. Upon agreement to proceed, we will send you a payment request.
Please note that if you order products for delivery internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges, we cannot predict their amount, and you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
Please click on the pay now button which will take you to Pay Pal to pay via pay pal or a debit or credit card. Processing of payments will be as per Pay Pal’s terms and conditions.
We will confirm our acceptance of your order via a confirmation e-mail.
If we are unable to supply you with a product, for example because that product is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
How to Pay
You can only pay for products from this website using the payment method(s) displayed as available on checkout. This is via Pay Pal’s Platform (direct or by debit or credit card) and is subject to their Terms and Conditions.
If you wish to purchase products in any other way (eg by bank transfer), please contact us to arrange.
Your products will be delivered as soon as reasonable, unless there is an event outside our control (eg lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war , fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport).
We will provide you with a tracking number once the products have been shipped. If we are unable to fulfil delivery because of an event outside our control, we will contact you.
Our aim is to ship existing products within 21 calendar days of your order, although we will notify you of delivery times when the order is placed.
For custom-made (commissioned) products, we will work with you on a timescale for production and delivery.
Delivery will be completed when the products are delivered to the address you gave us and the products will be your responsibility from that date.
Refunds & Returns
You have a legal right to cancel and receive a refund. However, this cancellation right does not apply in the case of any custom-made (commissioned) products.
To cancel, you must contact us by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products. We will process the refund due to you normally within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation and returned the products if appropriate.
If the products are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price in full, and any applicable delivery charges. Please note that insurance is taken out for the products in the event that they are damaged in transit and we ask that you co-operate with our claim in these circumstances, eg by taking photographs of the damaged products and providing information for the carrier.
If the products were delivered to you, please return them as soon as is reasonably practicable in the original packaging and including any certificates, and according to the instructions sent to you in our acknowledgement of your cancellation. Please note that you have a legal obligation to keep the products in your possession and to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.
