Horizons 5 forms part of my Shorelines Collection –  drawing on the luminous beaches of St Ives and the wider Cornish coast.

It echoes a lone boat on the Porthminster horizon – one of my most cherished shorelines.

It draws on the quiet magic of early‑morning sea swims, taken before the beaches fill with visitors and ocean craft. It distils the essence of the place – reflecting the deep turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean, the blue skies and the golden sands – abstracted into colour, texture, and rhythm.

The work can be hung using the hangings attached, or can be hung direct to the wall on screws or nails.
